CHILD SAFETY STANDARDS

1 PROHIBITION OF CSAE

Gravity explicitly prohibits all forms of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE), including but not limited to:

• Sharing, distributing, or soliciting Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)
• Grooming or any attempt to build a relationship with a minor for the purpose of sexual exploitation
• Sextortion or any form of coercion involving minors
• Any content that sexualizes minors in any way
• Trafficking or facilitating the exploitation of children
• Any communication with minors intended for sexual purposes

2 USER REPORTING

Gravity provides an in-app reporting mechanism that allows users to report any content or behavior that violates these standards:

• Report posts, comments, and user profiles directly within the app
• Select specific violation categories including child safety concerns
• All reports are reviewed by our moderation team promptly

3 ENFORCEMENT

When violations are identified, Gravity takes immediate action:

• Immediate removal of offending content
• Permanent suspension of the offending account
• Reporting to NCMEC and relevant law enforcement authorities
• Full cooperation with law enforcement investigations
• Preservation of evidence as required by applicable laws

4 CSAM DETECTION & RESPONSE

Gravity maintains processes to detect and respond to CSAM:

• All reported content is reviewed for potential CSAM
• Confirmed CSAM is immediately removed and reported to NCMEC via CyberTipline
• Accounts associated with CSAM are permanently banned

5 LEGAL COMPLIANCE

Gravity complies with all applicable child safety laws and regulations, including:

• Thailand's Child Protection Act B.E. 2546 (2003)
• Thailand's Computer Crime Act B.E. 2560 (2017)
• United States PROTECT Act
• 18 U.S.C. § 2258A (mandatory reporting requirements)
• All applicable international child protection laws

6 AGE REQUIREMENTS

Gravity is designed for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a user is under 13, we will take steps to remove their account and associated data.

8 UPDATES

These Child Safety Standards may be updated periodically to reflect changes in laws, regulations, and best practices. The most current version will always be available at this URL.
